Or as Alex Hillman from Indy Hall (coworking space in Philadelphia) put it, “It's not about any one individual "idea" or moment, or even incentivizing collaboration, but instead about creating opportunities for smaller, half-baked ideas to bump into each other and serendipitously realize that they are each others' missing pieces.”
