| The webinar, entitled "Profitable Pricing Tactics for Small Retailers." will be hosted online Thursday, March 10, from 12 to 1 PM Central Time. Please see below for details. Please share this free, interactive learning opportunity with clients you think would benefit from participating. This session will be available for viewing later too, in the extensive webinar archives on MyEntre.Net. Profitable Pricing Tactics for Small Retailers A regular customer comes into your store and asks, "Can you beat the Internet price on this item?" A new shopper in your store asks, "Why should I buy from you when I can get the same items for less at Walmart?" During this webinar, led by consumer psychologist Bruce D. Sanders, Ph.D., participants will begin to develop the best ways to set prices and answer shopper questions about prices. The objective is to maximize the profitability of your business. In consultation with Cedar Falls Community Main Street and Main Street Iowa, Bruce has customized this webinar to fit the particular characteristics of Iowa retailers. Bruce is on the teaching faculty at University of Nevada-Reno College of Extended Studies. He’s a regular contributor to Bloomberg Businessweek Small Business, the Shopper Psychology columnist for Global Toy News, and the author of Retailer’s Edge: Boost Profits Using Shopper Psychology, available from Amazon, Barnes & Noble or better yet, your local bookseller. In advance of participating in or viewing this fast-paced webinar, please download and print the powerpoint handout to use as a workbook. You can find the powerpoint available here as a PDF. Also before the webinar, you can explore the RIMtailing blog (http://www.rimtailing.blogspot.com) to use as a resource on behavioral pricing and other shopper psychology topics. The RIMtailing blog is fully searchable, although the terms price, prices, and pricing will each produce somewhat different sets of results. Please be sure to bring any questions you want to have answered during the interactive session! TO PARTICIPATE in this MyEntre.Net Webinar, simply click on the MyEntre.Net logo below |
